Aerial Lift Train The Trainer (Scissor & Boom Lift)

Description: This training enables your organization to bring aerial lift safety training in-house. Participants will learn how to design and deliver effective safety training, accommodate different learning styles, manage challenging trainees, and present PowerPoint materials for maximum impact. Upon completion, your company will receive a flash drive containing the aerial lift training PowerPoint, maneuverability test, written test, and answer key. Participants must have prior experience operating aerial lift equipment to qualify (experience may come from previous employers). This is a site-specific training that must be conducted at your location for all employees operating scissor and boom lifts. Fall protection is also included as it relates to aerial lift operation.

The course also shares key insights drawn from 25 years of adult training experience. Upon completion, your company will receive a flash drive containing the forklift training PowerPoint, maneuverability test, written test, and answer key. Participants must have prior experience operating aerial lift equipment to qualify (experience may be from previous employers).
